Some find mineral water such as Gerolsteiner helpful for getting more minerals in. I currently have trouble with magnesium, so this has given me mixed results.

Coconut Water

Great for hydrating and potassium

Supplements

Calcium Phosphate

Steady, helpful energy boost that doesn't give me too much insomnia issues at 175-350 mg calcium in the morning

Kitchenware

Berkey Water Filter with flouride filters

Make sure to occasionally clean and scrub for mold and algae growth.  This will not block calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium. However it does block copper.

Utensils

Personal

EMF Products

Noticed some improvements in mood and detoxication when first starting with the XL Band. Can cause detox and flu symptoms if you are sensitive.

Ceramic coated Bottles and Jugs

Mouthwash

Most mouthwashes and toothpastes make me dizzy or very sick! What about you?

I floss, brush with water and a toothbrush, and sometimes use a little bit of this.
